Job description

We invite applications from qualified Senior Resident Doctors for the Department of Surgery to provide comprehensive surgical care, participate in academic activities, and support teaching programs at our medical college and hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of patients requiring surgical intervention.
• Perform surgical procedures under supervision and participate in emergency surgical care.
• Conduct clinical rounds, case discussions, and surgical teaching sessions.
• Mentor and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as junior residents.
• Participate actively in departmental academic programs such as seminars, workshops, and morbidity and mortality meetings.
• Engage in research activities and assist in clinical audits and documentation.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate medical records and compliance with hospital protocols.
