Job description

We are seeking qualified and dedicated Senior Resident Doctors in the Department of Medicine to provide high-quality clinical care, teaching, and research support at our medical college and hospital. The Senior Resident will assist in managing patient care, supervise junior residents, and contribute to the academic activities of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care in General Medicine.
• Participate actively in clinical rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings.
• Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and junior residents.
• Assist in organizing academic activities such as seminars, workshops, and case presentations.
• Participate in departmental research projects and contribute to academic publications where applicable.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Perform emergency care duties and support specialty clinics as required.
