Perform advanced critical care procedures including intubation, central line insertion, and tracheostomy.
Lead and manage all clinical and administrative functions of the Critical Care Unit.
Ensure delivery of evidence-based and protocol-driven patient care across all ICUs.
Supervise, mentor, and train consultants, residents, and nursing staff to maintain high standards of critical care.
Collaborate with other clinical departments to ensure seamless multidisciplinary patient management.
Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, adherence to infection control protocols, and implementation of best practices
