Teach and train- MBBS/MD students in Microbiology as per NMC norms.
* Conduct practicals, demonstrations, and clinical microbiology sessions regularly.
* Guide students- in research, seminars, journal clubs, and academic activities.
* Supervise laboratory work including bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and infection control.
* Participate in departmental duties—reporting, lab rounds, documentation, and quality assurance.
* Support academic development by preparing study materials, assessments, and examinations.
* Ensure NABL/NMC compliance and active participation in CME, workshops, and conferences
